10/03/2026 NURSE:SF HISTORY:doing much better. walking better the next day. wants to go for a walk but haven't taken her. EDFU normal. fasted overnight but had access to water. toileted this morning. -Diet -Env -Comp -Prev Current Meds:meloxicam 0830 yesterday. -Insurance? SUBJECTIVE:BAR OBJECTIVE: T= - MM pink CRT sec HR 128 = FP RR panting RESP:NAD BEHAVIOUR ASSESSMENT:calm BCS: 5/9 M/S: grade 1 RF lameness , some resistance on flexion of right elbow. minimal response to palpation today. ASSESSMENT:right forelimb lameness Tx OPTIONS: 1. admit for XRays 2. wait and see. owners happy to have Xrays done to have answers sooner if is neoplasia . TREATMENT:collected blood for pre GA profile from left lateral saph. ---------------------- Pre-GA bloods WNLs 20G cephalic catheter placed LFL. Sedated with 5mcg/kg medetomidine + 0.1mg/kg butorphanol. Good level of sedation 1 top up of alfaxan (2ml) IV required to perform radiographs. RADIOGRAPHS: - RFL elbow: no evidence of any neoplastic processes at this stage, no fracture fragments, - RFL shoulder: no OA changes to PLAN: DISCUSSION: ----------- DISCHARGE
