Examination Findings: HR - 140, RR - panting, Temp 38.7, Wt - 4.3kg, BCS 5/9Oral cavity - moderate amount of plaque and calculus. Mild erosion right upper gum adjacent to PM2Eyes - nuclear sclerosisCardiorespiratory - grade 4/6 sternal systolic heart murmur. Normal heart rate and rhythm. No crackles or wheezing.
