Left > right Eyes: nad Thyroid: HR: 120 Chest Auscultation: nad Abdo Palpation: soft, relaxed BCS: 5/9 Temp: not assessed Rectal Exam: anal glands full Skin: nad Joints/Gait: nad Urogenital: left testicle in scrotum, right is very small and just palpable near inguinal canal Vaccination status: current Problem list: otitis DDx: ?underlying allergy Treatment in clinic: Plan: 5 days easotic, then recheck 5 days later will probably need elocon maintenance will also try removing chicken from diet Communication: 20/02/2026 AG: both sides very full, thick brown and a little difficult to express. JG and CM 06/03/2026 medicating easily ears seem a bit better both ears look great externally but still have moderate brownish discharge. TM's intact plan; change from easotic to weekly otoflush + twice weekly elocon lotion
