Appointment Notes: Must be EY- O requested SW History:Flaky itchy skin improved with Malaseb washing after last visit, conjunctivitis resolved, been good since.Last couple of weeks paws have been red and a little swollen. No lameness.O has been using Malaseb on paws, also got some over the counter hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy. Thinks there has been a little improvement with cream. No other skin issues.Otherwise no concerns, EDDU normally, bright, active.
