10/03/2026 Reason: Lump check O noticed the lump on him after he got a haircut Normally checks him over and hasnt noticed it previoulsy so not sure when it appeared but thinks recently No other concerns EDDU normal E: BAR LN: WNL Mass: 2x1.5cm mass on LHS of lateral thorax/ abdomen, mass able to be retarcted from body, pulls away withion SC tissues FNA sample taken of mass - Adipocytes and few RBC no other cells noted under microscope A: Lipoma P: - Monitor at home for any changes and revisit if concerned - Discusused with owner that FNA is not 100% accurate diagnosis so still concern for other causes- would need to do fully excisional biopsy- O happy with this and will monitor for any changes
