Email in appointment notes - cnCousteau has a very big lump next to his ribcage that sprung up overnight. A Vet saw him on Monday night (2 March) a bit of blood came out when puncturing to get a sample for the microscope, the Heidelberg practice Vet thinks possibly an abscess from infection or (impact). He was given a week worth of meloxicam and noroclav. Since the lump has not gone down next step should be surgery. Heidelberg vets don't have capacity for surgery before 2 weeks, I am hoping you after assessment if surgery is best that you will have time for this week ASAP even the same Tuesday am? He is in good spirit, however I think the meds might upset his delicate stomach if extended unnecessarily. I've had him for 10 months I am not very good a living him in pain if he is, he doesn't complain. Thank you Vital Signs
