History: 
Cookie has been very well. Her appetite, thirst, toileting and energy levels remain normal.  There are no new concerns with Cookie. 


Physical Examination findings: Bright, alert and responsive.
Mm pink, crt < 2 secs, HR 116, RR 24, Temp 38.6, Wt: 6.75
All peripheral nodes within normal.  Heart & lungs normal.  Abdominal palpation unremarkable.  No new concerns on examination. 

Laboratory results: CBC performed in house with manual blood film assessment.
Hct:0.41
WCC: 9.79
Neuts: 6.97
Platelets: 101

Manual differential count:  Neutrophils 49%, Lymphocytes 42%, Monocytes 9%, Eosinophils 0%.
Platelets: clumped and adequate
Morphology: Normal 

Treatment: xmg x was administered IV via a 22g catheter in the x vein using the closed injection Equashield system.
