Monthly Cartrophen dog is having trouble with licking vulva very intensely. 3 lage patches of malasezzia and one area of purulent exudate and ulceration indicating staph. incontinance controlled well by weekly stilboestrol use malaseb eod and pyohex conditioner daily. rest of skin still good, cont apoquel for a few months before considering trying cytopoint again. cephalexin bid 14days then r/c dispensed stilboestrol and apoquel
