Examination Demeanour: BAR, VERY excited, super sweet HR: 108 bpm, no audible murmur RR: pant T 39.3 °C Oral mucous membranes pink & moist, CRT <2 s Dental score: 0/4 Abdomen comfortable, NAD on palpation Superficial lymph nodes NAD BCS: 6/9 Generalised pustules on chest shoulders, upper back Rest of skin looks normal Tape prep: lots of neuts, very few bacteria Assessment - mild pyoderma Treatment Cephalexin 600 mg PO BID x5d Malaseb baths with 10 min contact time BIW x2w Plan recheck if not resovled
