Recurrent L anal gland abscess, currently been treated with amoxyclav and meloxicam. 
No concerns giving medications. No clinical signs of discomfort. 

Exam: 
CAR, HR:200 chest sounds clear, NAD on abdo palp, temp: 38.1
Healed scab associated with L anal gland - removed, no swelling or inflammation or pain. 

Assessment: 
Anal gland abscess appears to have resolved with current treatment
Plan: 
Recheck again in 2 months time. If recurrent will require further investigation.
