06/03/2026 Hx: Brought in by Frank Walks every day, loves his food Diet: 1/4 cup BID and roll/minced beef from petbarn EDDU nil v+/d+ Parasite due today to pick up tapewormer - Monthly nexgard spectra Exam: BAR nice boy sitting on dad in the consult. BCS EENT: G3/4 on upper carnassials with gingivitis. R ear mild erythema, L ear wnl. Eyes clear. MM P <2s. CVS: Clear ausc, ssfp Resp: Panting normal effort clear ausc Abdo palp: soft and comfortable Integument: nsf Rectal: T not taken Urogenital: normal toileting reported Neuro: normal gait and mentation MSK: Good ROM x4 LNs: SMLN & PLLN wnl. Lab Cytology NSF bilateral Assessment: Fit to vaccinate C5 tri today Nil infection in ears - mild irritation only. Plan: Trial elocon lotion bilateral twice weekly then reduce to once weekly for maintenance of ears as no sign of infection today. Advised can give the ears a clean today for relief. Recommend dental procedure in the next 6 months.
