Was at around once or twice every few days.<br>Now around once a day. Was a few times a day this past week, has slightly improved<br>EDDU: Fur in her poop. Drinking eating fine. Toiletting OK.<br>V+/D+: Hairballs in V+. A little bit of undigested food too. No D+. O showed photo of V+ - just some food and fluff<br>Feeding: Was on dental food. Has been on some wet food with some pumpkin - started recently, and it has helped a little bit.<br>Parasite control: Once or twice a year O does it as she is entirely indoors.<br>Outdoor / indoor kitty: Indoor only<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Examine:</strong></span><br>Behaviour: BAR<br>Eyes: NAD<br>Ears: NAD<br>Nose: NAD<br>Mouth: NAD MM pink, CRT <2<br>LN: NAD<br>Heart + lungs: Clear on auscultation<br>Abdomen: Soft and comfortable on palpation. Big tummy but no pain elicited, only some poop in colon palpated<br>Skin: NAD<br>MSK: NAD<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Assessment:<br></strong></span>Doing overall quite well<br>Gastritis vs hairball build up vs food sensitivity<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Treatment:<br></strong></span>Maropitant 0.54ml SC<br>TGH with ondansetron 4mg 1/2 tab PO BID<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Plan:<br></strong></span>RV if no improvment within the week - bloods / U/S / x-rays<br>Will try symptomatic management - + swap to digestive+hairball food + add some psyllium husk to her feed<br>Will alos start SID syntbiotic DC<br><br><br></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></html>

well at home only vomited once with hair ball BP cuff 3.5 LF 206/155 (172) 199/157 (163)205/146 (166)217/148 (172) slightly better than last time but still very high despite partial is due to white coat but when over 200mmHg, more likely true reading discussed the cons offered O to call later to pick up med if they want to start O okd and can start on low dose 0.125mg/kg tgh with amodip
