Recheck Ears Recheck HISTORY: Started shaking the head the last 2-3 days. O unsure if come back, but has improved. Scooting recently and has itchy feet. No current medications. Eating and drinking well. EXAM: Bilateral ear infection (Yeast) Ear hair present in both ears TM intact bilaterally ASSESSMENT: Ear infection (Yeast) bilaterally TREATMENT: Aurizon BID x 10 days Pred 5mg PO SID - taper Recheck in 2 weeks. C & S with no improvement.
