hx of toe swelling/pain- see previous notes
Went to the dog park on Saturday and Willow was running around. A few hours later swelling returned on the same toe as last visit and started limping on LFL.
giving Metacam (from leftover) > giving daily doses since incident
Swelling has now gone down and limping has subsided since giving metcam.
EDDU normally, no V/D/C/S
Gave sedation prior to visit at 8:00am > not as effective (sedation) compared to past visits
Minor swelling around the LFL Digit 4 toe, sensitive to palpation. No signs of redness

Continue Metacam for 2 days. Minimise intense exercises - No dog parks or walks.
Follow up phone call in 2 days.
If swelling returns then Re xray to reassess osteolysis +/- toe amputation if suspicious of swelling/ inflammation returning due to an underlying neoplastic process.
Treatment:

n/a > continue on Metacam 15kg SID dose
