CLIpped back to where normal skin is.<br>ALso another patch on right chest watt near nipples - again raised red bumps in a palm sized area. CLipped back to normal skin.<br><br>Given no moisture at this point and dog is not too itchy recc neocort BID for now and this should resolve the situation. <br>Ring if concerned. </p> </div></html>

SUper scared again.Is scared of everything and everyone outside of home. Owner knows of no reason for this.Had 2 chill pills today before coming in.Still examined outside and owner had to lift onton the scales.On bravecto chews and milbemax. Is good with the other dogs at home. Stood and allowed exam - panting and a little drooling but not trying to run away - improvement?Mm pink and moist, crt<2Teeth perfect, ds 0/4Eyes ears skin and coat lovely.Good weight.Heart nad, no murmurs, abdo palpation nad. Fit for vacc. admin BB/Pi and SR12Disc quantum as well but happy with the chews for her.Disc chill pills again, can play around with dose depending on the situation - got 10more.Are considering breeding but female owner not really keen on dealing with the stress.

Started yesterday. Hot spot on left side of neck under ear and a new one developing on the head.They tried to clip her at home and apply neocort but she wouldn't let them clip her.Said we would have to sedate to clip here but decided to try cortisone and antibiotics first and if that didn't work would sedate and clip.1ml triamcinolone and 0.5 dexason.Also gave them some chill pills in case wanted to clip at home.

Suuuper anxious. Refuses to come inside.Examined outside on astroturf.On bravecto and q3mthly intestinal worming.No vomiting or diarrhoea, good appetite, toileting normal.Noticed 2 days ago small moist wound on back of neck, this has worsened and is really itchy since the.Fearful +++MM pink and moist, drooling +++Teeth perfect, ds 0/4Eyes ears nad.Large hotspot on abck of neck - fist sized. CLipped and cleaned with dilute malaseb until clean, dried thoroughly and applied noecort.HR120, no murmurs, HR=PRabdo tense but super nervous.Temp not taken.Rest of skin good.Fit for vacc. Admin DHP and BB/Pihas not had sr12 before but EM mentioned it at 3rd puppy booster. Put in a reminder as an option for owners but has not had it before. Have consented to this.Admin 1.5ml sr12Neocort cream BID on hotspot and 500mg cephalexin BID for 5d
