10/03/2026 CLINICIAN: David Hall PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Revisit for elbow dysplasia discussion HISTORY: Milo recovered very well from his right elbow arthroscopy and right BODPUO. He has not been lame at all for the last couple of months. He is in today for review and consideration for left elbow arthroscopy. CLINICAL FINDINGS: He is not lame and has not pain non bilateral elbow and shoulder exam. I can palpate the left ulna osteotomy site but it feels like it has healed beautifully. DIAGNOSTIC TESTS: Exam only today. DIAGNOSIS: Bilateral ED. SURGERY: None today. PLAN: He is doing very all considering his ED and treatment. We elected not to proceed with anything for the left side today given how well he is doing and the minimal benefit we would expect form scope/osteotomy at this age. Plan is to continue with weight control (he has lost some weight but could come down a kg or two), short and frequent exercise, and judicious use of NSAIDs. PROGNOSIS: Good for quality of life, but likely to require NSAIDs alter in life.
