Head shaking and sore in her ears, didn't come back for last recheck, unclear if been getting elocon lotion since last PMP course finished. 
Diet: hypo
F/T/W/HW: UTD
Medications: cytopoint 40mg due  next week

Demeanour: BAR
BCS  3/5
HR:  120bpm
RR:   pant

MM: pink & moist
CHEST: NAD
EYES: NAD
EARS: L ear +++ red, sore, brown discharge, R ear not as bad but still sore
NOSE: NAD
ORAL EXAM:  NAD
SKIN:  mild lick stains ventrum and between toes, nothing active
ABDOMINAL PALPATION: NE
MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM: NE

LAB:
Cytology - L ear +++ neutrophils, + yeasts, + rods
R ear + yeasts + rods + debris

ASSESSMENT:
OE - mixed infection
underlying allergies

Tx:
20mg pred PO SID reducing dose over 3 weeks
ears cleaned otoflush
Easotic 1ml both ears SID for 5d, do not clean for 2 weeks

PLAN:
Stressed importance of recheck in 2 weeks, can give cytopoint then too, and go back onto regular preventative ear medication.
