Health Concerns - was on Apoquel and worked well till stopped Apoquel, then started getting itchy again. Examination: Cardiovascular: normal cardiac sounds, rate and rhythm. mucous membranes pink, moist, CRT 1 sec. Respiration: normal rate and effort. Normal bronchovesicular sounds.Eyes: NADEars: NADNose/Throat: NADOral exam: Dental grade = 1Abdomen: soft and pliable, no masses palpated.Integument/Coat: No fleas seen. Noted reddened skin on ventral surfaces of legs and feet, in between toes, on axillae, chest, belly and groin. Ears are ok, eyes and around mouth is ok. Owner reports seems to be worse in summer, was mild last summer but this summer much worse. Seemed to respond well to Apoquel tabs last time. Musculoskeletal: normal range of motion all 4 limbs. Moving around freely in consult.Peripheral Lymph Nodes: nad.Laboratory: Assessment: Recurrence of allergic dermatitisTreatment:Apoquel 16mg x 15 - 1/2 oid 7d, 1/2 adtPlan:Adv if Apoquel not working or stops being effective then can go to Cytopoint inj's Vital Signs Weight: 10.6;
