Reason: RebandagePulled away again and wound is exposed from the cranial aspect.Remove brown tape with care but note there is some skin ulceration under it again.Trim tape off away from wound, leave some still on.Looks good.Neoepithelialisation present.Treatment: Place melolin dressing with stratmed.Cover with post op dressing.Sock over the top.Plan: See if it will last a week, if not recheck sooner.Still needs to be covered, but its looking good.
