Reason: Swollen Paw - Aware Of SurgchargeLimping, looks like paws are inflamedHistory:General - inflammed and red pawsStarted limping friday, left Was in city for a couple days with friends that has lots of flowing plants Antiseptic put on it a couple days ago helped a bit Last cytopoint in december - hasnt needed again as has been fine since Still happy to go for walks EDDU - normal No vomiting or diarrhoea Vaccination / parasite prevention - monthly pillCurrent medications - None Examine:Demeanour: BAR RR: panting , MM: pink Weight: 14.35 , BCS 5/9MSK: 4x ambulatory, full exam not performedIntegument: interdigital skin between 3-4 on all limbs inflammed significantly and singificnatly erythematous, no evident discharge Worse on forelimbs than hindlimbs and worse on left than right Neuro: appropriate mentation, full exam not performed Lymph nodes: none palpable Laboratory:Cytology - Region: interdigital skin Findings: cocci +, no yeast evident Problem list:Licking paws signifciantly -> lameness Assessment:Ddx: pyoderma (deep) secondary to contact allergy vs allergy vs pyoderma vs FBPlan:Treatment plan - Amoxyclav 250mg BID for 5 days Prednisolone 7.5mg SID for 2 days, then 5mg SID for 1 day, then 2.5mg SID for 2 days Chlorhex C wash SID for 7 days Revisit 7-8 days for reassessment Vital Signs
