No access to other cats. No other sites on body. Reg vet- cat doctors but couldnt get in today. O has recently moved to Melb from Tasmania Examine: Demeanour: BAR Cardiovascular: HR: 204, no murmurs detected 'Resp: NAD Ears/Eyes: NAD Oral: moderate plaque on caudal teeth Integument: superficial scab lesion (3x2cm) between shoulder blades, no swelling or pus present. Site clipped and cleaned with chlorhex in consult. No penetrating bites present. Temp: 38.6Assessment: Superficial dermatitis between shoulder blades (ectoparasites vs allergy vs injection site reaction vs ringworm)  Plan: Continue cleaning BID with saline. Dispensed neocort to apply BID after cleaning for 5-7 days. If not healing - revisit w reg vet- cytology  of skin  Recommended trialing a different paraiste control (nexguard spectra) to rule out flea bite hypersensitivity.    Vital Signs    Weight: 5.11;
