Diet: Eukanuba dry dog food with teaspoon of topper - cheese or sausage etc Not on any medication at the momentNormal appetite, drinking, urinatingExamine: 1. BCS:   3  /52. Integument: nad3. Musculoskeletal: nad 4. Teeth: calculus on canines 5. Eyes: nad 6. Ears: nad 7. Lymph Nodes: nad 8. Cardiovascular/Circulatory:   nad  9. Respiratory/Pulmonary:  nad 10. Uro-genital: nad 11. Gastrointestinal: nad ->11a Anal Sacs: not examined 12. Behaviour:  BAR 13. Other: vitals wnl, temp not taken Assessment: Colitis - which has reoccured twice now, but otherwise bright, eating, no other GIT signs Could be very mild inflammatory bowel disease, could be other causesOptions:- further investigation with bloods +/- abdo US - restart synbiotic and add in fibre - GIT diet - RC GIT or Hills ID biome Plan:Synbiotic daily Add in pysllium husk - one teaspoon per meal - can increase INI consider trialling GIT dietIf becoming worse and more frequent consider bloods and abdo US    Vital Signs    Weight: 8.2;
