Utd with tick/flea prevention (simparica trio)
eyes/nose/ears NAD
Good ROM on all 4 limbs

Reason: Pruritus
Itchy/red paws
Some erythema on the abdomen too
Has been on the same food (black hawk) for ever
Has only been presenting these symptoms for a week
He did walk the dog on a freshly cut grass
Also let's dog swim on pool in his house, thinks maybe they don't dry properly after
Mentioned he does rinse the dog afterwards
Recommended giving him a bath and applying the oat meal conditioner to help with skin barrier
Making sure his paws are well dried after swims
Avoid any possible irritant in the meantime 
Discussed it's probably environmental allergies but explained it could be something else

Took a cytology to check for yeast - negative
Gave cytopoint and a couse of 1 week of pred (0.5mg/kg) - tappering down troughout the week
Gave milbemax for the tapeworm

Plan:
Come back in a week to recheck skin and for C7 vaccination
