09/03/2026 Presented for being very clingy and drinking and regurgitating water.

HISTORY: Since Thursday last week Flynn has been acting very clingy as well having some vomiting and having D+ then today O noticed Flynn was drinking large amounts of water and regurgitating it back up. O was concerned as the clingy behaviour  was unusual for him and is thinking it may be due to stress from the different people entering the house during the open house as well as being in contact with the dogs and the bird. PB

PHYSICAL EXAM: 
Attitude: QAR
BCS: 3/5
Heart/lungs: clear, no murmurs auscultated
MM: pink, moist
Skin Tent: normal
Dental Score: 0, no tartar, some gingivitis around carnassials
Abdomen: soft, comfortable, no FBs palpable
Skin: nad
Eyes: clear
Ears: clear
Temp: wnls,, 37.5
Lymph Nodes: nad
MSK/Neuro: normal
Rectal: diarrhoea around back feet and perianal region, 

DIAGNOSTICS: attempted to collect blood, did not tolerate needle. faecal sample collected for faecal parasite tests.

ASSESSMENT: diarrhoea and excessive drinking with regurgitation - ddx stress, infection/parasitic, dietary, other

PLAN: admit for blood testing and symptomatic treatment until tests give more information.
