**S** chico - 4yo 6m MN pugPresented for diarrhoea - had some loose stools after going to the dog sitter last weekhas been using prokolin this week which helped but as soon as O stopped course - seemed to come back eating well, no v+- PREVENTATIVES: utd with vacc and preventatives - DIET: dry adult biscuits, lyka - MEDICATIONS prokolin**O** Demeanour : barFAS: #INPUT# MM :  pink, crt<2 Dental disease: 1 /4 Calculus, 1/4 Gingivitis - Overall -> 1/4 Eyes: clear and clean bilat, no discharge Ears: clera canals bilat no discharge LN: soft and wnl HR: 124, ssfp, no murmurs or arrythmias, RR: pant, clear bv sounds bilat Integ: no significant findings MSK: ambulating well in consult, full ROM in hips and stifles abdo palp: soft and comfortable on palpation BCS: 4.5/9Temp: 38.4**A** ddx - primary GIT (infectious vs dietary indiscretion vs FB vs other) vs secondary GIT ( toxin, renal, hepatic etc) - FF and giardia snap - BOTH NEG RESULTS **P** Client Communication / Options Discussed with Owner  rec to start on supportive care - proklin paste for 5 daystgh with hills biome tins daily for 3-4 days. INI, consider fecal PCR test +/- blood testing in house. also discussed imaging if no improvement longer term.RW
