Reason: Carpal Pad Abrasion Licking one of her front feet When owner inspected looked like possible cut on pad, unsure how done Noticed licking about 2 days ago Otherwise well EDUD normal. No current medications. RIGHTfore carpal pad superficial abrasion approx. 6mm diameter on 1 side, appear clean and not sticky just a little erythemic. Recommend place buster collar for next 2 days Cover with Carprofen 25mg BID 7 days India to clean site with dilute betadine and smear paw-paw ointment on Re-check is doesn't settle / heal within the next 7 days Advised would dispense Amoxyclav if India felt was becomign sticky.
