HISTORY: Reason for consult: cytopoint inj Known environmental allergies, usually gets cytopoint inj every 3-6 months. Has started licking at paws and scratching all over in the last week. EDDU normally. No change in diet. Current medications: none Vacc hx: UTD Parasite control: utd Current food: scratch sensitive skin kangaroo biscuits PEx: Demanour: BAR, nervous but very good girl, loves treats BCS: 5/9 Integ: mild erythema between pawpads and toes. Oral: mm pink and moist, CRT 1-2s Lymph nodes: wnl Dental disease: none Ears: nad Eyes: mild weepy discharge and mild erythema of eyelids and conjunctiva. Nose: nad CVS: HR wnl and rhythm wnl and no audible murmur Resp: Lung sounds clear, resp rate wnl Abdo: relaxed and comfortable MSK: wnl Temp=not taken Pain score: Assessment: Allergies flaring up Treatment and Plan: Cytopoint 40mg SC Happy for cytopoint with nurse within next 6 months.
