09/03/2026 In for GA and close seroma dead space following MPL sx Pre-op exam - well large seroma formed again T 38.1 HR 118 BAR ACP/meth IV RF - alfaxan induction, ET 6.5 iso O2 Drained 37ml serosanguinous fluid RADIOGRAPH - lateral stifle view taken - "hinge" of tibial tuberosity osteotomy broken away but appears in place Sent to Dr Ewen for interpretation SURGERY Incision made over cranial aspect stifle - inspected tissue - removed some fibrin- pins feel in place Lavaged and closed dead space multiple simple interrupted 4-0 PDO sutures Penrose drain placed - tacked dorsally with ventral exit SC and intradermal PDS Light dressing applied Good recovery Continue SID melox and BID gaba/traz
