Reason: RIGHT fore lump

New lump on front leg 
First noticed on Friday
Soft and hasn't changed size 

Dermal lump approx. 12mm diameter pink raised dermail medial aspect of RIGHT fore just above carpus.
 
Recommend FNA to assess.

Will not tolerate FNA today - booked to attempt with oral sedation on-board in form of Gaba/Traz on Thursday.

Presenting for: Annual health check for KC booster 
Lives with two other dogs 
EDUF - normal - no v or d 
Current Meds: none 
does have the occasional joint clicking but no lameness noted 
 
EXAM
Mentation: BAR
BCS: 5/9
HR: 120
MM: Pink and moist
CRT: 1.5 seconds
Cardiovascular: no murmur noted, pulses = 
No ocular or nasal discharge, healthy dentition 
Respiratory: Clear lung sounds, no respiratory effort
Abdominal: Comfortable on palpation
Lymph Nodes: Less than 10mm
Integumentary: Healthy coat
Neurologic: NAD
Musculoskeletal: No obvious joint swelling or discomfort on palpation
Urogenital: unremarkable

Discussed above with FO 
Advised no obvious discomfort noted on joint palpation - continue to monitor 
Advised vaccine adverse reactions and booster in 1 year
