Reason: Wants Second Opinion On Dog Slowing DownHistory: recently had crusty nose - went to Randwick and disp elecon cream which resolved problem. Over last month slowing down over lst 4-6 weeks. Slow on walks - slower pace. Still walking as far as prev. No coughing/ sneezing lately. No stertor etc. Occ looks like about to clear throat (nausea?).  Never been an esp food motivated dog but not eating as much lately. Seems abit more lazy than usual. Fed once daily. Diet - home cooked - rice + protein (lamb, beef, chicken , pork) + veges (broccoli, carrots, sweet potato). No v/d's. Stools - formed and good/ normal and passing once daily. No change in water cons. Not sure of hearing - not as responsive. Vision seems fine - very reactive to other dogs and seems to see normally.Has lost a little wt lately - July 2025 29.7kg, 24/2/26 29kgExamine: BAR, mm pink/moist, mild DC max canines, rest of teeth look good and clean, NAD oral cav, NAD periph lns, NAD thoracic ausc/ abd palp, HR = 116, NAD throacic ausc, NAD abd palp. Eyes NAD. NAD vulva. CS 6-7/9 Assessment: NAD on PE and prev bloods from Feb 2026.  However has lost some unexplained wt - 500g in last few weeks.Plan: next step wound be urine testing and then imaging (thoracic rads/ abd u/s). As bloods and PE NAD may elect to obs and see if imprivng as weather cools etc.    Vital Signs    Weight: 28.46;
