Nose: Affected nasal area has increased by approximately 25% since previous examination one week ago, indicating rapid growth. During consultation, patient sneezed and expelled a 0.5 x 0.5 cm chunk of tissue with blood from nostril.

Nasal neoplasia - rapid progression with significant growth over one week period and active bleeding with sneezing episodes
