Presented for routine check up, vaccination
Also needs anal glands checked - O notices leaking and smell. Last had them done approx 2 months ago
Otherwise well, eddu normally, bar at home. No vom/diar 

O enquired about yearly Proheart and Bravecto Injections - Disussed pros, cons and costs - O happy to go ahead with them today.

Teeth - clean
Eyes open, no redness or discharges
Ears clean, no discharges
Abdo palpation unremarkable
MSK - ambulating on all four legs in consult, good rom, no pain detected 
Peripheral lnns wnl 
Skin/coat generally clean and comfortable - no redness or crusting
Anal Glands - both are full, liquid creamy contents - not blocked but a bit difficult to completely express due to size etc. Query thickening of the gland after expression, but the glands may not have been completely expressed

Semi frequent need for anal gland expression - ddx GI, allergy/ inflammation, infection, neoplasia
