Eyes:. Clear
Nose:. NAD
Ears:. NAD on otoscopic exam
Teeth:. Mild/mod tartar - carnassials worse - gingivitis. Recommend dental treatment & then o may re-try brushing. Using Greenies also.
Thoracic Auscultation:. Hr 100, Rr panting
Abdominal Palpation:. Soft, non painful. EDUF normally a/c to o. Adding Probiotics to diet since GI upset and has been good/no concerns. On RC Wt management. Also has half can Blackhawk "meat" + Greenie in the morning & a "low fat" dog biscuit type treat. 
Musculoskeletal System:. NAD
Skin:. Minor dry crust skin dorsal rump near tail (Sunny has similar but more). Generally use S & C from groomer ev 3wks. Goes to beach but rinse off when home. Ev 6wk to groomer. On Simparica each mo. Does go up into dunes at beach when tide high and come back out with weeds/burs etc stuck to skin sometimes. Skin cytology Mal 1+.

Diagnosis: Dental Dx; Dermatitis - Mal
Treatment: Canine Cough Vaccination & Heartworm Sr12 / Sp Malaseb & Pyohex (share with Sunny)
Plan: R/c if skin no imp. For dental tx when o back from away. 
Invoice Notes: Please use the Malaseb wash weekly and apply the Pyohex twice weekly for the next few weeks (prior to going away). Once you are back home use the wash fortnightly for a few treatments and then contact the surgery if the skin issues persist.
Recommend dental treatment as discussed.

Owner Report via Chrissy - Sunny's eyes have improved but Bonnie's have a slight discharge but no irritation - O will apply cream to both dogs and contact us Monday if not responding.

Owner Report via Chrissie - Hard to tablet at first but no more vomiting post visit with us. Still had bloody diarrhoea until o was able to get dog to take Metrogyl, but settled once she tableted the pill. Wanting to eat by Saturday. 
Consider RC Gastro low fat wet and dry ongoing/long term.
