Reason: LethargicAppointment Notes: Paws App Details:Booking Type: ConsultationBooking Vet: - Any -Booking Notes: Stomach issues and lethargic Pet Insured: YesHistory: - Presents for diarrhoea - He is also only eating 50% of his meals - Has had a few similar flare ups previously, was hopsitalised @ SASH in 24 with colitis/ilius - No vomiting - No blood in the stool, mostly liquid - Drinking water - Seemed to be brought on by a dog safe bday cake treat- Has been using Prokolin BID for 3 days- UTD parasite prevention nexgard spectra - Doesnt swallow objects - Bit more lethargic, O has been resting - Not panting more at home Examine:- MM PM CRT<2s - HR reg no murmur- Thoracic auscultation WNL, panting - BAR, MM PM growls when trying to do CRP - Very tense on abdominal palpation - Temp 38 Bloods: - Could only get enough blood for PCV/TP and biochem as too stressed, thrashing around - PCV 50 / TP 70- Lactate borderline 2.52 but very stressed and wriggly when taking bloods- Otherwise NSF Treatment: - Continue prokolin - 3.4ml maropitant SQPlan:- Back immediately for Rads if worsening, cannot rule out FB- Consider AUS ini - Bland diet- Panadol for abdo pain - Prokolin for D+    Vital Signs
