Reason: Ongoing urinary signs.History: Some response to initial meds but is still licking vulva, pollakuric and O has noticed blood tinged urine. O brought urine sample from litter - collected using syringe before touching litter. Currently on wet RC urinary food + dry anallergenic.Examine: Mild perivulval erythema. Bladder not palpable. NAD abdo palpation otherwise - kidneys comfortable and WNL size. MMs pink, CRT <2s.Laboratory: Still +++ RBCs and WBCs.Plan: Meloxicam SID PO 0.05mg/kg, gabapentin SID 100mg with food. Urine to vetnostics for culture to rule out UTI based on ongoing signs. Recommended switch to urinary food.    Vital Signs    Weight: 5.67;
