Physical exam:General Appearance: BAR  Behaviour: Lovely but yelps when touching earsR ear still has a lot of material present. L ear clear. Canals much clearer and more comfortable. Labratory/imaging:CytologyL L ear - debris R ear - Cocci ++ and Rods +++ Problem list:-   Otitis externa -   History of pancreatitisTreatment:Booked in for GA and ear flush.
