Has been on propalin syrup long term, but owner was able to wean right down and was only giving it once weekly according to history in 2022. Was able to completely stop for about 18mths without any accidents.Has only in the last few days started dribbling again while resting and asleep. Otherwise has not had any changes in drinking appetite, energy, urine colour, comfort while urinating etc.Eddu normally. Has lost 3.5kg since last visit from cutting out chicken and feeding more veg - has more energy and seems way happier.Not on any other medication.Lovely girlMm pink and moist, crt<2, teeth good no plaque, some epulis starting to come up around both arcades.Eyes - some cloudy benign aging, ears cleanskin and coat lovelyHeart nad, no murmurs, HR120, panting.Abdo palpation soft and relaxed, no discomfort on caudal abdo palpation.Good muscle bulk still.Dispensed more propalin syrup. Starting dose for her weight is 1ml BID, owner will likely reduce dose depending on response.If does not improve/resolve as expected recc urine sample (first urine of the day) to check for other causes - low USG< glucose, blood etc.Ongoing incontinence medicationWas able to stop for about 18mths without any issueBack on propalin start at 1ml BIDUrine sample if does nto resolve.

Was in last for the RIGHT eye ulcer, were doing tricin regularly and resolved without issue, no further issues BUT have noticed a small white central pinpoint lesion on this cornea. 3d ago the other eye was held closed totally when got home, third eyelid right over eye, rubbing head on things. Started putting trcin in regularly again, but has not imrpoved, if anything the cloudiness and the pink fleshy material has increased in size - almost doubled.Still eating adn drinking but restiung more and quieter, will shy away from peolple approaching that side of head. Good to exmine in the corner.Alcaine in left eye. Both have clear anterior chambers, right eye has a central corneal lesion still, no significant reaction to light. Left cornea has a large crescent shaped area medially extending the entire height of the eye of corneal oedema and neovascularisation, about 1/4 the way across the eye. Third eyelid is completely normal in position. Resents bright light. Fluorescein:Right eye faint pinpoint uptake in centre of cornea, surrounded by a fainter triangular uptake approx 3mm across.Left eye no uptake in the area of the neovascularised area but lateral to this there is a large strong uptake circular ulcer approx 5-6mm across. looks irregular/flakyContinue tricin BID/TIDMeloxicam oral to start again SID for as long as required.Disc again could have a situation where we need to burr the edges back to healthy adhered cornea given the right eye.Owner remembered this and aware. REcheck in a week if not earlier and reassess both. If no imrpovment needs referral organised. 

had a similar situation about a year ago, resolved with tricin.For about the last week has had right eye red and sore, mucousy clear discharge from this eye. Left is nad.Not rubbing it or obviosuly uncomfortable.Goes crazy with young labrador at home, always doing zoomies, very active.Right eye episcleral vessels very engorged, seems to resent dazzle reflex.Cornea has ventrolateral pigmentation and neovascularisation present.Alcaine topically.IOP: left eye 19 19, right eye 18 17Fluorescein POSITIVE in right eye central deep gouge about 2mm highx1mm Draining nasolacrimal duct well.Central deep ulcer right eye. Normal pressuresHomme with tricin BID 7days and recheck in 7-14days to restain given how deep it is.Disc briefly sometimes boxers can get non-healing ulcers which require burring but will see how it is going at recheck.Has meloxicam oral at ohme - give 1-2days of pain relief starting tonight.Recheck earlier if any concerns.
