Roughly 5x 13cm in size. LH previously unnoticed lump on tibial region about 2cm spherical hairless on apex and dark bloody fluid Biilat popliteal LN +, other LN - Abdo limited palpation as tense but NAD A: Synovial tumour? Probably not possible to remove in entirety Other skin infection / irritation - from licking or breakdown due to tumour / vascular compromise - although has similar lesions on forearms P: O would like to try surgery so to debulk and histo and also biopsy other skin lesions on RF dorsal esp Book in for nearest poss date and start ab today Can make est later - will need to be paid up front / no gap NB See previous hx

KL saw as a welfare consult (free) itchy and has a lump on back leg that is quite large and should be removed KL dispensed apoquel and cephlexin and client was able to pay $50 cash today for meds another client also donated $50 cash client given cost estimation for lump removal - JM helped client apply for vetpay. Client sent home to wait and tell us outcome JM phone vetpay 19/12/25 Unfortunately Joanne was declined and her partner also applied and he was declined too.
