O: RH cranial stifle extending distally an irregular multilobed mass, sl fluctuant and sticky bloody fluid aspirated. Roughly 5x 13cm in size.
LH previously unnoticed lump on tibial region about 2cm spherical hairless on apex and dark bloody fluid
Biilat popliteal LN +, other LN -
Abdo limited palpation as tense but NAD

A: Synovial tumour? Probably not possible to remove in entirety
Other skin infection / irritation - from licking or breakdown due to tumour / vascular compromise - although has similar lesions on forearms

P: O would like to try surgery so to debulk and histo and also biopsy other skin lesions on RF dorsal esp

itchy and has a lump on back leg that is quite large and should be removed

KL dispensed apoquel and cephlexin and client was able to pay $50 cash today for meds
