<p>VL: None<br>History:  Has rapid weight loss.  Appetite is normal, defaecating and urinating normally.  Seen by Eden and bloods taken, marked elevations in ALP and AST<br><br>Owner concerns:  Rapid weight loss. Was 11.2 2years ago and has been fairly consistently around 11kg until recently<br><br>Current Preventatives/Vaccinations: due for vacc but otherwise utd.  On monthly preventatives<br><br><br>Physical Exam:<br>Behaviour:  QAR<br>Cardioresp: HR 80, no murmurs.  RR 15 without effort.  MM light pink/tacky/&lt;2s<br>Temperature:Nottaken, yesterday was 38.2 according to O with Eden (waiting on hx)<br>Skin and coat:  Clipped feet but no lesions<br>LNS:  Palpably normal<br>Eyes and Ears: NAD<br>Musculoskeletal:  Exam not performed<br>Abdominal: Empty.  So empty despite breakfast - 2cups of biscuits.  Cannot palpate evenSI or spleen.<br>Genitourinary:  Grossly normal<br>BCS:  1.5-2/5 - severely underweight under the hair coat<br>Dental score:  1/4<br>Diet:  Eureka biscuits andziwipeak<br><br>Problem List:  Weight loss, elevated liver enzymes<br><br>Differential Diagnosis:<br><br>Diagnostics: Admit for US<br><br>Medications:<br><br>Recommendations Ongoing/Recheck:</p>
