09/03/2026 Subjective/ Reason: limping Objective: Some time 2 days ago went out in courtyard and hurt leg possibly 2 nights ago was up on lounge with o and whimpering Really flat yesterday and not energetic Normally sits with owners on lounge but wouldnt jump up When picked up in the wrong way would yelp O took for walk, was able to go up and down stairs ok Did a big wee at start of walk but was whimpering when having to hold up leg O thinks LHL is the issue UTD bravecto Recently dx mmvd, on cardisure MM pink, CRT <2s Teeth are great Abdomen comfortable RHL ok LHL resistant on full hip extension Repeatable lumbosacral back pain No obvious limping, running down hallway easily and up and down the stairs Assessment: LHL hip + back pain ? Plan/ Treatment: Start paracetamol 125mg BID + gaba 10mg/kg BID for pain Rest for next week Follow up end of week to check in
