Although O hasn't noticed a decline in mobility with cartrophen being overdue so maybe not continue What was booked in as routine visit became actually a collapse last night, with dog found on floor splayed out and surrounded by urine and quite distressed. Later in the evening she had a short lived seizure, legs rigid and staring blankly lasting about 10 seconds.On physical exam, gums bright pink. Very agitated, panting incessantly but HR 144 bpm, regular. No crackles in lungs. Rectal temp 37.0I think very likely dog had an original seizure that collapsed her, followed by a second seizure. Blood taken but only got enough for biochem- but she's afebrile so not important to get CBC. Commence diazepam, await results.She's coughing more, owner thinking fluid in lungs but it won't be that, it will be dynamic airway disease but we can deal with that later. Meantime avoid cartrophen booster due, as I don't want to increase any intracranial haemorrhage. She's possibly cushingoid so consider pituitary tumour. Also consider beransa, but owners think she might have had that without improvements so DVN to chase that up.    Vital Signs
