Current meds: 
apoquel, and fluoxetine

L sided nasal discharge, at another vets was dispensed ABs and the colour of the discharge has gone from green to clear. but she is still sneezing, reverse sneezing, and clear discharge multiple times a day. 

PhEx:
Chest: clear lung fields, possible obstructive breathing when mouth closed. also a brachy breed so unsure if just BOAS or mass? 
LN: WNLs
oral: grade 1/4 dental disease, recommend dental. no signs of oronasal fistula. 
skin: small 4mm lump on RHS of spinal, over throax, likely adenoma. Small 1cm lump on RHL lateral thigh. recommend histo for both
previously diagnosed with some OA, never xrayed to confirm. 

O works away for work earliest date for surgery would be 19th March

Plan: 
dental with dental xrays to assess if any signs of nasal fistula. spine and hip xrays to check for signs of OA. 
nasal scope of LHS. nasal flush under GA.
surgical extraction of both skin lumps.
