07/03/2026 Reason: Cytopoint, check skin History: Rash and pruritis has become more severe again. Otherwise well, EDUF all normal. Exam: Entire ventrum, medial thighs, ventral neck and paws markedly erythematous. Moist pyoderma developing ventral neck and pododermatitis also present. Treatment: Lokivetmab 1.5mL/60mg (BN: 836645, exp: 02/27) SC Plan: Start clavulox (500mg PO BID x 2 weeks), recommend weekly malaseb. If erythema not settling within the next 48 hrs, will likely need a short course of pred to settle it down (happy for owner to call for this if required).
