09/03/2026 st Alex-Bossa has gone off her food again. Had been eating well yesterday. Did a couple of poos-there were brown, diarrhoea, no blood seen. Have suggested recheck +/- repeat maropitant, +/- prokolin +/- bloods (re poss mushroom exposure-symptoms don't quite fit but if this is possible should consider bloods) Hydration still ok. Pink mms, crt 1 s, hr 160, abd palp bit uncomfortable cranially, t-38.4, did not do rectal. Discuss with o-symptomatic tx v inv +tx-o elected to hold off on bloods for another day, repeat maropitant, cont metronidazole, start prokolin. Have given faecal pot too. cc tomorrow | 07/03/2026 started V+ last night and then became strawberry watery D+. then became bloody mucoid D+. she didn't want to eat last night. drinking. not on any meds. o brought a small sample of D+ in to show me. it was quite a lot of D+ for a little dog. QAR. CRT 1 sec. pink moist mm. dental overall not bad but grade 2 for upper canines. all superficial LN wnl. HR180. clear chest sound. really tense abd- not too distended. BT 38.11. anus is a bit messy but no skin issue yet. skin tent was still ok. problem- acute hemorrhagic D+ and V+ (only one last night), not eating for the past 12hrs no idea why but i suggested to treat it symptomatically. discussed IVF vs oral meds. o elected to take her home and treat it symptomatically. i also briefly discussed faecal test and blood/abd ultrasound. o happy to sit tight today. gave prevomax sc home with metronidazole oral liquid. advised to give baby panadol 40mg BID and a bland diet. we can add sucrafate if needed. cc tmr. we also made a tentative appt for a recheck tomorrow morning. 07/03/2026 HH - email from o before appt 5AM - later called to book and saw Monica Hi Team, Can you forward onto Dr Michelle and see if she can fit Bosss in this morning? Yesterday afternoon we noticed she went off her food (very unusual). I followed her outside where she has a few small vomits (photos below). She had one small poo last night in the garden which sounded like the latest one that woke me up a which I took a photo of (below) and sample of. I didn't see the garden one so not sure of the consistency and make up. She seems quite comfortable at the moment and a photo of her gums is also below. She hasn't had any water after recently offering but she has had two good drinks since yesterday afternoon when we started taking notice. She is a scavenger but we don’t use any chemicals/baits/poisons at home. We do have these Mushrooms that pop up but I have never seen her interested in them and I try to remove them as soon as I see them. I believe they are Amanita mushrooms but we have had them on and off for months. Photo also below. Her respiratory rate is 16/min while sleeping and she is happy for me to scratch her belly (for other info). images emailed through and attached

STO- doing well. eating. no more V+. no bowel motion yet. advised to continue a bland diet until she is back to normal. continue metronidazole for 5 days. ok to stop panadol if good enough. o will let us know if they have any other concern.
