Appointment Notes: Booked Online: 04/03/2026 11:03:55 AMBooking Type: Skin, Ears, Eyes or LumpsHistory- last week - 'something peeling off R eye cornea'. Not sure what owner meant. Was not referring to nictitans membrane. Was squinting in R eye at that time. No sneezing. Fine since then. Just wanting a check up on eyes today Is on fibre supplements. Feces gettnig very dry and pebbly-like. Owner worried about constipation.Examination:Optic- bilateral negative fluorescine stain. No blepharospasm. Distance exam normal.OD small dried mucoid discharge on medial canthus of eye, scleral very mildly hyperaemia. Conjunctiva + cornea very clear and healthy. OS unremarkable Assessment: ocular episode that owner noticed last week has healed however still mild redness of scleral. Plan: start on opthal ointment. Demonstrated how to administer  Recc to slowly wean off fibre and monitor feces.    Vital Signs    Weight: 4.07;
