HISTORY: Presenting Complaint: Increase haematuria and continued stranguria - Seen 2 days ago with stranguria & haemauria --> started on Meloxicam & Temgesic - Still happening and urine seems more haematuric - Still otherwise well Meds: Meloxicam PO SID & Temgesic PO BID PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Mentation: BAR ABD. PALP: Comfortable, empty bladder, not blocked **CARDIAC: G1murmur noted today (stress?) RESP: NAD ASSESSMENT: DDX: FIC vs UTI vs STONES COMMUNICATION: - Discussed assessment with owner, recommended further investigation. O consent. TREATMENT: Gabapentin 60mg PO given in hospital this AMDIAGNOSTICS: 1.
