06/03/2026 Discharge from eye History: Ian noticed pus in R eye this morning. No other concerns. 2d ago George was declared free from heartworm!!! Ian is very pleased and grateful for our and animalius' help. George has been panting a bit but also plenty of hot days lately. Has also been shaking head so o wnats ears checked too. CLINICAL EXAM:PLR, palpebral reflex & menace WNL, does have quite deep set eyes. Left eye: WNL apart from very mild crusty brown discharge in medial canthus. Right eye: moderate amount of purulent discharge in medial canthus, mild conjunctival erythema. Ears external exam & scope WNL. Fluoro: no stain uptake TREATMENT: Chlorsig R eye TID x7d for unilateral bacterial conjunctivitis. C/C 3-5d. Recheck immediately if any concerns.
