06/03/2026 History: Has had lump on back for several months, were told it was a cyst, has popped at home yesterday, bleeding, mini dose not seem irritated by it. Otherwise EDUD normally. 

Physical Examination: 
CARDIO: Auscultation normal, no murmur. 
ORAL: MM Pink and Moist CRT < 2 seconds Dental disease 1/4 
RESPIRATORY: Bronchovesicular sounds normal, no crackles or wheezes, no effort
GASTROINTESTINAL: Comfortable on palpation
LYMPH: Symmetrical and of appropriate size
OPTIC: No pain or blepharospasm
OTIC: No scratching, pain, cerumen, or discharge. 
MSK Normal gait, no lameness noted, normal range of motion.
*INTEGUMENT: 15mmX15mm swollen erythematous lump in dermis between shoulder blades. After clipping, thick exudative, with ulcer in centre. 
UROGENITAL: Soft bladder on palpation. No inflammation around genitals.
BCS: 6/9 

Assessment: Follicular cyst likely burst and has gotten infected. Cleaned with chlorhex and rinsed with 15ml saline till ran clear. 7 days cephalexin. Told O to clean with warm water on a cloth for the next 3 days to keep open to hep with draining, then should heal over well with no further interventions. If getting worse then bring back. If mini is trying to itch at it call and may dispense NSAID to help with discomfort and get a cone.

Here for vaccination, usual client at turramurra vets. Gets C5 no lepto. EDDU normally at home, no v+ or d+, owner has no concerns, grooms at home regularly. UTD with nexgard spectra monthly and popantel quarterly. No previous health concerns. 
PE: Thoracic auscultation: NSF; GIT comfortable; MM pink; CRT < 2 seconds; Eyes - heterochromia, been like this as a puppy; MSK - hind and front dew claws bilaterally; BCS: 5/9
Assessment: Fit for vaccination. Vaccinated with #2505001, Exp 10-2026
