09/03/2026 Reason: Checkup History: Seems a lot brighter and happier than he was on Friday Does seem to have a rash on his scrotum though, this is the main reason Has been getting fed 4x daily smaller meals Only toileted once since Yesterday No vomiting since being home with O, appetite has picked up Demeanour seems a lot brighter and happier Has been home since 8pm Saturday Still a bit uncomfortable, wont lay in one position for hours, does move around and move quite a bit at the moment Medications: - Paracetamol, ondansetron Treatment: Neocort to scrotum BID-TID AWait referral to specialist
