History: see previous, presented today for lump check. ON antihistaminesLump 1: right lateral chest, large, sc, well demarcated, 15 cm diameter : 2x FNA taken on the same slide - for analysis. Lump 2: Right lateral thigh, sc, 1 inch diameter, well demarcated, has been present for some time. FNA = lipomaLump 3: left lumbar area, sc, 1 inch diameter, well dmarcated, has been present for some time. FNA = lipomaLump 4: right cranial thigh : dermal, raised, partially haired, pigmented, well demarcated, approx 1 cm diameter. FNA x 2 separate slides - for analysisBoth ears a little red. Applied novasoneBoth anal glands very full - expressed today. Likely 2ry to allergic flare. Recommend add in glandex to assistPlan: start fish oil 2000mg per day, antihistamines to be given prn, await FNA results. Presented for lump check and cytopoint. Cytopoint 30mg given SC - has just started to itch. Owner has noticed a number of lumps - some have been there for a significant period of time but are not changing. There is  SC mass right lateral thigh that is more firm in nature, a partially haired raised lesion cranial right thigh that is new and a large SC mass right axillae that is rapidly growing. Due to risk of MCT in the raised lesion - recommend pre-med with antihistamines prior to FNA - owner consented. Plan: owner to give either 20mg loratadine or 20mg cetirizine once per day. Revisit with Dr HB for FNA of the masses. Some may be lipoma and external analysis may not be needed. Any that are not clearly lipoma should have external analysis, approx cost $200 per lump. Owner consented.
